Controller and scope
CadRoam is provided by Eutopix Labs Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (P.S.A.), ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland. KRS 0001237465 · NIP/VAT PL7011310736 · REGON 544584646. Eutopix Labs is the controller for the limited personal data described here. This policy covers the CadRoam app, cadroam.com and support correspondence. Contact: privacy@cadroam.com.
Models, reports and camera AR
CAD files, generated geometry, dimensions, recent-file history and inspection reports are processed and stored on your device. CadRoam does not upload model contents to a developer-operated cloud or conversion service. Camera access is requested only when you open AR on a supported iPhone or iPad. Apple ARKit processes camera frames to understand surfaces; CadRoam does not record, retain or transmit them.
Purchases and diagnostics
Apple processes App Store purchases and the app receives only the StoreKit transaction and entitlement state needed to unlock CadRoam Pro. Eutopix Labs does not receive full payment-card details. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party crash-reporting SDK. Apple may process operating-system and App Store diagnostics under its own terms and may provide aggregated or de-identified diagnostics depending on your device settings.
Website and cookies
Cloudflare may temporarily process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time to deliver and secure cadroam.com. We do not use this data for advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking. We do not set advertising, analytics or preference cookies or use browser local storage. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when presenting a security challenge.
Support correspondence
If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily send, such as your name, email address, message, device details and attachments. Do not send a confidential model unless support specifically asks for a synthetic or redacted reproduction file that you are authorised to share.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
We use support information to answer requests, operate and secure the service, meet legal obligations and handle legal claims. The applicable bases are steps requested by you or contract performance, our legitimate interests in support and security, and legal obligations. Support correspondence is normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after closure, unless limited records must be kept longer for legal, accounting, security or claims purposes. Local app files remain until you delete them or the app; Eutopix Labs does not retain them.
Recipients and transfers
Apple provides the App Store, StoreKit and platform services; Cloudflare provides website delivery and security; our email provider processes support mail. These providers may process the limited data described above under their own terms and applicable safeguards. Where a provider acts for us, we require appropriate contractual and technical protections. Some processing may occur outside the EEA using lawful transfer mechanisms. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability for personal data you send to us, and withdraw consent where consent applies. Email privacy@cadroam.com. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month. EEA users may complain to the Polish data-protection authority UODO or their local supervisory authority. We do not use profiling or automated decisions.
Security, children and changes
We use safeguards appropriate to the limited data we process, but no system is absolutely secure. CadRoam is a professional utility, is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Material changes to these practices will be reflected here with a revised effective date and notice or consent where law requires it.
