Email support@cadroam.com with your device, operating-system version, CadRoam version, file format and exact error. Never send a confidential model unless support requests a safe reproduction file.

A model has no visible geometry

STL and OBJ render directly. Faceted STEP can render; curved B-Rep STEP and IGES currently expose metadata but still require a tessellation engine for a 3D mesh.

AR is unavailable

AR requires a supported iPhone or iPad, renderable mesh geometry, CadRoam Pro and camera permission.

Restore CadRoam Pro

Open Settings and choose Restore purchase while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Delete saved models

Delete a file in Model Library or use Clear in Settings. CadRoam removes only its private copy.
