Provider and agreement
CadRoam is provided by Eutopix Labs Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (P.S.A.), ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland. KRS 0001237465 · NIP/VAT PL7011310736 · REGON 544584646. Contact: support@cadroam.com. By downloading or using CadRoam, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Mandatory law and Apple’s applicable terms prevail if they conflict.
Licence and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CadRoam on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as Apple’s usage rules permit, for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not redistribute, resell, rent, interfere with, misuse or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
CAD and engineering limits
STL and OBJ meshes and faceted STEP geometry can render in this release. Curved B-Rep STEP and IGES may expose metadata without renderable geometry until compatible tessellation is added. Measurements and reports are derived from imported geometry. You must verify source files, units, tolerances and all safety, manufacturing or compliance decisions. CadRoam is an inspection aid, not a CAD editor or certified metrology system.
Your files and responsibilities
You keep all rights in your models. You are responsible for having authority to process them, maintaining backups, checking exports and meeting confidentiality, intellectual-property, retention and data-protection duties. Do not rely on CadRoam as the only copy or authoritative record of a model.
CadRoam Pro
CadRoam Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features shown on the purchase screen, without a recurring subscription. It is tied to the Apple Account used for purchase and may be restored on eligible compatible devices. Apple handles storefront pricing, billing, tax, confirmation, Family Sharing and its refund channel. The App Store price shown at confirmation applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal rights
EEA consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost after express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of that loss, as permitted by law. Apple presents the applicable purchase terms and cancellation or refund channel. Nothing here removes a withdrawal right that still applies.
Availability, devices and updates
AR requires a compatible iPhone or iPad and camera permission. Features may depend on device capability, operating-system compatibility and supported file geometry. We may fix or modify CadRoam for security, compatibility, legal compliance or quality and will provide updates required by applicable consumer law. App Store availability in a country does not certify the app for any local engineering, manufacturing or regulatory requirement.
Consumer conformity and remedies
Mandatory consumer law may entitle you to have non-conforming digital content brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, or terminate the contract and receive a refund in qualifying cases. These rights are separate from Apple’s discretionary refund process and are not limited by these Terms. Contact support@cadroam.com for product-conformity issues.
Intellectual property
The app, software, design, branding and related materials belong to Eutopix Labs or its licensors. Using CadRoam does not transfer ownership of your models to us.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that imported geometry, measurements, previews or reports are complete or error-free. Any exclusion or limitation applies only where lawful and does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability or mandatory consumer rights. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using and delete CadRoam at any time. The licence ends if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that should naturally survive, including intellectual property and lawful liability limits, remain effective.
Law, disputes and changes
These Terms are governed by Polish law, while consumers retain mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights under the law of their usual residence. Contact support@cadroam.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or product reasons and will provide notice or request consent where required. Changes do not remove rights already acquired through a completed purchase.
